Description
- Strep-Tactin™ 4Flow™ high capacity FPLC columns are designed for purifying Strep-tag™II and Twin-Strep-tag™ proteins via affinity chromatography in automated protein purification with HPLC/FPLC devices such as Äkta™ systems (Cytiva).
- Recommended for all protein classes due to the broad pH compatibility, excellent pressure stability, outstanding target purity (>95%), and high binding affinity
- 4% crosslinked agarose beads coupled to Strep-Tactin™ for straightforward purification of proteins with Strep-tag™II or a Twin-Strep-tag™
- Multiple regeneration cycles possible without loss of binding capacity
- Ideal alternative for proteins that are difficult to elute from Strep-Tactin™XT 4Flow™ resins
- Biotinylated proteins also bind to Strep-Tactin™ 4Flow™ high capacity and need to be blocked using BioLock
