Description

Assay IL-8 (human interleukin-8) levels in human serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate), urine and culture supernatant samples with our Invitrgen™ Human IL-8 ELISA Kits.

These human IL-8 ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interleukin-8 (IL-8) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The economically-priced reagent kit provides validated reagents only, requiring users to coat their own plates. The antibody-pair kit consists of the matched IL-8 antibody pairs and IL-8 standard only. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
