Description
The glass layer and reference junctions of pH electrodes need to be kept moist when not in use to remain operable and functioning at optimal levels. Potassium Chloride cannot be used with media that contains Hg++, Cu++, Ag+ or Pb++ ions, as they form insoluble precipitates with Cl– that will block the diaphragm. Potassium nitrate is a double junction bridge solution that can be used in this case.Specifications
