Macherey-Nagel™ NucleoSpin™ Plasmid Buffer Set
Used to isolate low-copy plasmids using column chromatography. Macherey-Nagel™ NucleoSpin™ Plasmid Buffer Set is suitable for use only with NuceloSpin™ Plasmid kits. The set includes 75mL of buffers A1 and A2, plus 100mL A3 and RNase A, which is sufficient for 300 additional preps.
Brand: Macherey-Nagel™ 740953
Description
NucleoSpin™ Plasmid Kit is used for the isolation of low-copy plasmid DNA using a time-saving parallel process. It is suitable for manual or automated processing under vacuum or by centrifugation. It can process up to 5mL of E. coli culture, with a typical yield of 4–6μg of sequencing-grade plasmid DNA per 1mL sample culture.
- NucleoSpin™ Plasmid kits include filter and binding plates/strips, buffers and RNase A
- When a larger amount of low-copy plasmid is required, larger culture volumes can be prepared using additional buffer volumes
- Plasmid Buffer Set provides: 75mL of Resuspension Buffer A1 and Lysis Buffer A2, plus 100mL of Neutralization Buffer A3 and RNase A
- Suitable for use only with NucleoSpin™ Plasmid kits—Sufficient for up to 300 preps
