Description

  • Directions for Media Preparation: Suspend 40g in 1L of purified water, such as BP2820 (Fisher BioReagents Microbial Cell Culture Grade Water). Heat to completely dissolve. Before use, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes
  • Sodium chloride concentration of Miller formulation is 2X the concentration of the Lennox formulation to allow for optimal salt concentration for a specific strain
