The Silencer™ Select Human Drug Targets siRNA Library includes genes involved in apoptosis, senescence, nucleic acid binding, autophagy, DNA repair, along with characterized nuclear receptors and other genes that are considered potential targets for therapeutics. The Silencer Select Human Drug Targets siRNA Library contains 23,778 Ambion™ Silencer Select highly potent and chemically-modified siRNAs targeting 7,926 genes for performing RNAi screens against known human drug target genes. This library was designed using the most up-to-date genome databases, including the NCBI RefSeq database and cross-referenced to the Gene Ontology Consortium (GO) database and/or the HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC).
