S.C.A.T. stands for Safety-Center-Analyses-Technology. The company was founded to protect technicians in analytical laboratories from harmful materials used in the working environment. Founded in 2003, S.C.A.T. Europe pioneered the solution to reduce laboratory solvent air pollution from acetonitrile in HPLC systems. Scientists who work with HPLC know how important constant parameters are. S.C.A.T. Europe SafetyCaps prevent solvent emissions and guarantee a stable stationary phase and constant reflection times. These results were officially documented by an SGS Fresenius study. Increasingly, leading International equipment manufacturers are installing S.C.A.T. The new, improved air valve and filter functions. As usual, ventilation occurs during removal; harmful solvent vapors are blocked. At the same time, the valve membrane absorbs dust and contaminant particles from incoming air. The valve also fits your existing S.C.A.T. SafetyCaps without any technical modification.
